ChargeScale EV is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and legal compliance of EV charging infrastructure across Northern California. We are the only RSA in the Central Valley built exclusively for EVSE certification—not a side practice, but the only thing we do.

Why We Exist
AB 2037 extended county sealer jurisdiction to EV chargers operated by public agencies. This created a compliance gap: many operators didn't know their chargers needed certification, and few RSAs specialized in EVSE.
ChargeScale EV fills that gap — the only RSA in Northern California built exclusively for EVSE certification. We protect operators from liability and ensure every charge is legally defensible.
